Not the original poster, but that kind of modest acreage is probably just for pasture (if it happens to be fenced) or grass hay (i.e. How much does she charge for the farmer she is renting out? Is there an arrangement with the tenant to fix things on their own or call a local expert for issues?

More seriously, how can anonymous strangers on the internet possibly give useful answers to questions as broad as "How do I find opportunities like that?" or "How do I get started with other avenues of income?"
